It's been a few weeks since I've gone to the gym so today i woke up...had My 3 packets of oatmeal and my shake which consisted of...

2 Scoups Of Whey
2 Tbl Spoons of Peanut Butter
2 Cups Milk
3 Tbl Spoons Choclate Syrup...

For an overall protein value of 64Grams Of Protein and about 1174 Calories I think...

Im feeling really good and really on point, hopefully this time my bulk will be a LOT better?

to bulk.. eat eat eat right folks?
Anything else I should be doing?

I guess I'm just looking for support from the boards haha

Alright I'm off to the gym..I'll check this when I get back...

If you don't have one I recommend creating an actual nutrition plan with daily totals.
