I started mixing the following into a shake every morning. Whey protein powder, 1 cup of skim milk, 1 cup of yogurt, and one whole banana. It tasted great but I started having constipation problems from it. It got to the point that my stool had more density than lead and felt like I was trying to pass a bale of hay. Lesson, never mix four things that can cause constipation into a daily drink.

Shoulda mixed a scoop of fiber in there as well.
