5:30 AM - Protein shake (600 calories)-25 g protein
8:00 AM - 3 eggs 2 toast 3 bacon 16oz of Vit D milk
11:30AM-Hamburger (broiled) with fries 16 oz of milk( thats my daily fat lol)
2:30 pm- Supplements (Arginine Ethyl Ester, Creatine Ethyl Ester, Citrulline Malate)
3:00pm- Workout (WBBI)
4:15ish-Larger Protein shake (800 calories 30G. Protein)
7ish- Last meal...Meat and cottage cheese...alternating between Steak, Tuna, Chicken. 16 oz of milk <-----Thats a Big meal, I estimate it at about 1000 calories.
I'm trying to bulk up so I'm really pushing all this food, I'm getting to the point where it's beginning to not be so hard so I can amp up my volumes or throw another meal in there. I would like to have some more fiber in my diet just for general health. Oh yeah, and I take a multivitamin and VitaminC (X2) every day along with atleast 80-100 ounces of water/gatorade.
Thoughts? Doing okay for the end of my first 3 weeks? Week 2 didn't go so well because I caught a cold. Now if I could eat during the weekend more but it's out of my routine so it's harder...thinking of making some pasta and going with more carbs on day 6 & 7.
