I am in desperate need of a good thermogenic. I've read some statements about Nitor. I am 6'0" 228 lbs and I am not losing a pound. I am on a 2000-2200 calorie restricted diet. If I take Nitor along with my diet that's high in protein, low in carbs, low in fat, do cardio 15-30 minutes a day and lift four days a week do you, honestly, believe that I will shred off another 10 or so pounds?

When was the last time you had a refeed, bud? Those are some low-ass calories for a man your size.

How long have you been dieting, and how much have you lost so far?

I haven't lost a pound since I posted my pictures on here. Atleast three weeks. I lost ten pounds initially and after that nothing. I have a refeed on Sunday's because thou shall not fast on Sunday. It's a day to have a feast. Other than that I eat tuna, chicken, eggs, peanut butter, whey protein and low fat milk. I supplement with creatine, fish oil and two multivitamins. I have dieted down to 210 before, but now I can't even get down to 225. I would like to get to 220 and maintain for summer.

My back is thicker and I look leaner, and it's not so much the weight that I want to lose it's more about a recomposition and maybe I am not being patient enough with this. I take caffeine right before workout, too.

What were your maintenance calories, Sharkall? You lost the first 10 lbs over what time frame? And not to rush things, but have you ever had your thyroid checked?

I've done multiple cuts/bulks. My first one I lost an insane amount of weight probably 30 lbs and that was in a month and a half, but I was doing so much cardio my heart should have exploded.

Last year I went from 212 down to 196 in about two months. Now I am a lot more filled out at 238 and I am at the same bodyfat as I was at 212. That was at 2200-2500 calories.

I would predict that my maintenance for my weight now is about 3k. But it's hard for me with limited funds and with my family to meet 3k a day and do it with good foods.

I've never had my thyroid checked because I've never ever went above 240 lbs on the scale no matter how much food I ate.

Yes, but this recent 10-lb loss. How long did it take you to drop them?

Not very long at all. Maybe two weeks. I mean they came off like nothing. I went from 238 down to 228 in no time. Then I just stopped. I don't have a problem with the weight, it's more about the love handles I have. I will admit I have cheated once with some brownies for a Valentine's date, but other than that I don't eat things that aren't healthy.

This is exactly what Im experiencing right now. I went from 200 down to 175.8 within a period of 2 months and now my scale has been stuck there for the last 2 weeks. From what Ive read Nitor seems to be our only hope lol, I just wish they'd offer a Fat Loss Stack2 (that includes Nitor instead of thermocin)

10 lbs in two weeks is pretty damned fast weight loss. I generally aim for half a pound or so a week (at my size), a pound or two a week at your size would be pretty decent. Maybe you just dropped too low too fast.

I very well may have. I am still making gains on my deads, squats and my bench. I look better, but my weight hasn't changed. Maybe I'm getting greedy.

I'll probably take the sale. When does it end? I should get my taxes back in the next 3 days or so.
