Well, Im at 171 now so I figured Id add my pics. I basically made it to my goal give or take a few pounds. I started this at 146 lbs .. now Im at 170-171. I think theres been quite a big difference overall. I may need to add another 10 lbs for my chest to balance.. It seems to like to build up on the lower regions first.

In the last pic, I got my brows waxed, grew out the facial hair, and got a little tan to polish it off..but I think it looks much better! Lemme know what you guys think :)

As far as the tat goes....DO IT haha, i want another after i get my new-ish one touched up. I'm thinking about getting a Day of the Dead skull..but idk yet.

I got my first one jan. 22nd for my 18th b-day. i can't wait to get another one...all my money's getting spent on gas. Stupid GTP gets like 10 mpg on premium :(

excellent job bulking dude... it evens looks like it was a clean bulk.. no additional BF at all!!! awesome...

the only compliant.. is the brow waxing and fake tan... dude.. carry your hairyness and bright white skin with honor... nothing excites (maybe scares) a chick then a man who glows in the dark and has fur all over... lol

But, I think what scares girls more is completely bushed out eyebrows. Most of the girls Ive asked opinions about say they like it much, much better. And Ive gotten quite a bit of attention from random girls I meet at college (as oposed to before). You just dont advetise that you do it ;) lol.

Glad it looks like a clean bulk! It was FAR from it, lol.

well there's no way anyone would know it..you don't seem to have gained any fat..and jealous as hell. my bulk right now is relatively clean (relatively..) and i'm adding to my already pretty good sized gut :bang:

well, i had my diet in check and was getting 3100 a day, give or take a little bit. But i completely went ape**** this week, there's this all you can eat taco competition at a local place and a couple guys convinced me to go with them, 15 tacos and 8900 calories later.. lol. After that i was like well what the hell, and essentially had a cheat-half week. So the gut's my fault completely. Its odd though, i only add fat to my inner thighs and lower stomach..everything else looks the same as before.

Pretty good. You didn't gain much BF from the looks of it. I would take it a little further before attempting a cut.

I must say, WBB was a huge help. Before when I tried a bulk, I failed.. but I was under the practice of the muscle mags.

WBB is donig a great job at supporting a site with solid info that works.

They arent? Well, they didnt grow as much, thats for sure. Maybe an inch. Its the rest that had a bigger effect.

Cals right now are 3,300 for a slower bulk. Ive gotten to the point where I need to be more precise (after newbie gains)

I only use a protein supplement.

My goals? Basically to just look better every year. I can already bench 300 which was an original goal starting back up. I just like to be my best for vball season ;)

10 lbs? Yea, that can be water weight as well as increased compounds from things such as waste products from the extra calories. Youll get to the point where youll notice some major changes if youre paying close enough attention.

If you don't mind some constructive criticism? You managed to stay pretty lean on your bulk which is awesome (very nice job on that). If I were you I'd cut for a bit to really bring out what you have. Given how lean you are already I'd think that it wouldn't take too terribly long and you won't sacrfice much lbm in the process. Then I'd do a careful and targeted bulk aiming at bringing up your back. Backs are just one of those things that takes awhile to come in and really fully develop. You could use a bit more breadth and thickness. Can't compare the wheels because the pics not showing up. I'd also like to see a tricep shot to see how your arms are balanced. Overall you've done a great job. No where but to go but up :)

Lol, I was actually thinking about getting something on my upper back. Im guessing my back grew the most because I was doing BGB.

Thx :) I guess my leg pics violated the terms of service for some reason.. Those pics were when I was 170..and now Im 185. My back seems to be developing much more than anything else. All I do for back is Deadlifts, bentover rows, and pullups. We had a talk via pm's earlier so youve seen my new split. I think it will work nicely for balance. I'll try to get a tricep shot as well because it has also grown quite a bit. Im seeing those stretch marks comin too ;)

How often do you work each body part per week, anyway?

I used to do about 1,000 pushups in an hour to work my chest. After a few weeks, I'd just do standard pushup workouts of maybe a few sets of 100 or so. But thats not the way to go. I capped out long before I did all those pushups.

Frequency is always changing for me. I like trying new splits..Ive done full body 3x a week, BGB, upper/lowers, and even body part splits. Looking back at it, I think I prefer fully body routines overall. I like giving 110% effort (and you might as well while youre there) and then resting completely. I think they are the most CNS friendly.

Once a week is fine. More doesnt always mean better. As long as you are getting stronger each workout and getting enough calories, you WILL get bigger. Its as simple as that ;)

Thx man. Those were my first real gains I've ever seen. I'm a bit bigger now but leaner so I'm making progress. Just slower :P
