1/2 - 1 cup of rolled oats
2-3 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1 1/2 - 2 cups water or milk
sweetner of your choice or none at all (splenda for me)
On the side you add an egg and cheese omelett. (3-4 eggs / 2 slice cheese)
~25 g carbs [10(!) g of fiber]
30 g protein
26 g of fat (almost all non saturated-good fats)
great way to start the day!
add your favorite breafast recipe if you want to share :)

COTTAGE CHEESE AND FLAX????!!?!?!?!?! holy christ thats about the nastiest thing i've heard in a long time, dealing with food anyway. I eat some egg whites with one yolk and a slice of cheese, sometimes i eat oatmeal, other times if im runnin short on time, i eat a banana,....

i added some oats and flax to spice up life
Its always there though- tuna = my kinda fast food

does anyone ever see some value in eating fruit with ur breakfast?
I have some at about 6 in the morning and then the usual stuff at about 7:30 am

8 egg omelette
glass of milk
100 grams of oats with pb
2 oz. Raisin
8 oz 1% milk
1 patty hash browns
3 strips turkey bacon
16 oz. fruit juice
1 scoop protein
1 slice 0% cheddar cheese
.25 tbsp. canola oil
Calories - 978
Protein - 52.8g
Fat - 19.4g
Carbs. - 149.27

-A tablespoon of instant coffee with 12 oz of hot water.
-1/2 cup oatbran cooked with 1.5 cups water and 1 Tblsp cocoa and sweetener.
-5 egg whites + 1 whole egg + 1/4 C fat-free cheddar cheese + bell pepper and onion omelet, with tobasco sauce.
The following 4 ingredients mixed in a blender:
-12 oz. silken tofu
-1 scoop chocolate whey
The following ingredients mixed in a blender:
-2 scoops chocolate whey
-4~6 tsp instant coffee
-A bottle of Worldwide Nitroglycerol.
It is completely useless, but kind of fun to wake up to ephedrine and glycerine, mmmmm...

OF course if it was refeed thats a whole different story.
And if it was what I actually wanted to eat I wouldn't be able to fit it all on the page.
the doc thats a dope POWER BFAST i shall have that this weekeneed for carb load.......also wondering whats the benefit of ground flax seed? also has EFA as the oil?

--Eat eggwhites first while oatbran cooks,than put 1cup cottage cheese in bowl with the condiments and than pour oatbran over cottage and it tasty mighty dam good
