I'm cutting and need the lowest fat oil you guys can think of/know about, and what do you use anyway? What I"m using is highly unacceptable as it is.

All oil has the same calories doesn't it? 9 calories per gram?

Oil is fat, so like the lady said, it is all the same.

I would just stick with healthy oils, olive, fish, flax, etc.

IMHO extra virgin olive oil tastes better than anything else for most foods.

Please don't cook with flax oil - PUFAs don't like heat.

Thanks guys for the contructive replies. I just went with veg oil this time around, went shopping today. I'm not highly in tune with oils and such, I'm going to guess from the good replies and the one sarcastic one that they're all pretty much the same. THanks again.
