Im 6'3, 165 lbs, roughly 10% bf, and long overdue for a gym membership and a hefty diet. However, like everyone else, I fear of gaining too much excess fat, even though my metabolism is screamin fast. Anyhow, this is the diet im going forward with. I plan to do a modfied version of the WBB1 split, with very little cardio as I'm on my feet all day as it is. So here's my fitday link below, my main concern is fat intake. Too much? Too little? I plan to gain 20 lbs of mainly muscle by the summer on this diet. Am I trippin or can this be done?

Forget about your abs - just eat, eat and eat some more.

When i first started bodybuilding around 8 months ago i didnt want to get fat - however i wanted muscle.

You have to eat big in my opinion - if you want to get to 190 or 200 pounds then you have to eat like someone who is 190/200 pounds.

I was similar stats to yours when i first started bulking and i made sure that i was eating 3800-4000 cals per day from clean food spaced well throughout the day - i lost my abs but i grew - i added muscle.

Eat - dont limit your muscle gains just because you dont want to add some fat - fat can always be cut later.

I wouldn't even call that close to a clean bulk. Clean would indicate alittle over maintence, and from clean sources. Pastries, powerbars, and burritos are not even close to "clean" food. Plus, 20lbs of muscles in 2-3 months is completely unrealistic.

Thank you for the reality check. I'm probably misusing the term "clean bulk" as well. Im just trying to put mass on without excess fat, and trying to keep it somewhat healthy. I get 3000 cals in a day without trying and without gaining weight for that matter, and I havent started weight training yet. So i figured I should stack on some more cals if im doing rigorous work. The reason why I'm bumping to 4200 is so I can add that 20lbs...but I never said I expected it to happen in 2 months. If I want to hit my goal by the start of summer that would be 4 months from now, though was thinking 5 months would be enough time. So is 140g of fat daily considered too much? Thank you for your guys' help.

140g of fat isn't too much. You need to track cals and weight and see what happens. Aim for about 1lb a week. So 20lbs should take you about 20 weeks. So 5 months or so. Out of those 20lbs not all of it will be lean mass.
