So I have this big vat of Creatine I got for free.

The only problem I see is that it is blended with fruit punch, which has 32 grams of sugar per serving.

I'm currently trying to eliminate all the simple sugars from my diet (cut), didn't know if I should enjoy the fruity goodness mixed with creatine or pop the $17 for the pure nothing added creatine?

Anyone have an opinion...32 grams is = to 8 teaspoons so that seems like a bit much but thought I would enquirer from the peanut gallery?

You need the sugar man. The sugar is what helps get the creatine into your blood quicker, which in turn supplies it to your muscles quicker.

You don't need the sugar, but if you can fit it in your daily diet and caloric goals there is nothing wrong with post work out simple sugars. In fact they can be helpful.

It's good to get sugar after, during or before a workout. Especially when cutting.
