Hey guys this is my first post ever so yeah for me! I'm 15 years old and weight 121.8 putting me in the 123 weight class. These are my current maxes:
Sqaut: 315
Bench: 155
Dead: 325
Currently I am taking: Nitrean, ETS, Animal Pack (on lifting days), MultiPro32X (non-lifting days), and creatine (only 3 weeks max prior to meets). I was wondering what other supplements are out there to increase strength, and not necessarily muscle. I don't need to get bigger, I need to get stronger. Thanks.

You don't need all those supps if you are eating enough. Eat good clean foods. Lots of protein and fats, moderate carbs. The only supps I take are whey protein powder and fish oil caps.

You dont need supplements to get strong. You need food to get strong. Lots of food. You CAN gain strength while eating at maintenance but the gains wont be as fast as if you were bulking.

Animal Packs are worthless. Stop wasting your money on them.

hey. thanks for the advice everyone. so basically i need to eat more protein and healthy fats and eat moderate carbs. also i was wondering how i should take the creatine. i know bodybuilders are supposed to take it diffrently. ive been taking 2g in the morning and 2g an hour prior to my workout with an apple. should i be taking more or less or at diffrent times of the day?

Bodybuilders don't take it differently than any other kind of athlete. Take 5 grams a day, every day. Take 5 grams, not 4. And keep in mind that it takes about two weeks to saturate your muscles with creatine. So don't take it sporadically. Take it consistently. Do a search on creatine using the search function. There are a million threads that should answer your questions. Also, read this ~> www.creatinemonohydrate.net

Why do you say that?

does that mean that you would be willing to sponsor me? a 15 year old powerlifter? i think it would be pretty cool coming from my background info. I've been powerlifting since i was 12 years old and in the 7th grade. i also have a messed up lower back. i have multiple stress fractures (like 6 or 7) along my lower spin, on the lumbars. i have a torn ligament and a bulging disk in my lowerback so i have to train with the leg press machine. I only train with light weights when squating and deadlifting to practice my form. The only time I squat and deadlift heavy is during competitions. i've recently started taking your products (nitrean and ets) and have recieved amazing results. i no onger deal with DOMS. also my squat and bench max went up almost only 2 weeks of using them. i haven't deadlifted since using the supplements, but i have no doubt that my deadlift max has gone up.

You need to fix your form, man. Seems like you've been using bad form since you began and are now suffering the consequences. I'm glad that you're starting to fix your form NOW. Don't let things get any worse.

well my coach always told me that i had good form. in fact my first 2 years e didnt let me fully max out to make sure that i got my form down, which i think is the reason why i can squat as much as i do now. the doctor just told me that the its because ive been training with heavy weights and my body hasnt fully developed.

What's your coach's history of lifting/athletics?

That's all about him in a nutshell, i edited some of the info so that i didnt mention his name or my schools name. i dont want to put any info about him in the forum for his safety and the safety of my school.

Although it may be hard to believe, unfortunately coaches aren't 100% right in every situation.

Not too much you can do at this point as those injuries don't sound like ones that will heal themselves, but working on form to perfection is just about the best thing you can do for yourself as a powerlifter or a bodybuilder.

I find it funny how people in this thread are claiming that the guy must have "bad form" since he injured himself.
I can't comment on his form and I don't see how others can because we've never seen it. Injuries happen in sports, it's not always at the fault of the athlete.
