Shake advice

Im not sure if this will help anyone or not but take it for what its worth.

When I first blended my shakes, I used a setting called "mix". The result was a creamy, thick shake that I had trouble swallowing.

I just bought a new blender that has a "grind" option. When using that, your shake actually becomes a liquid and you can drink it like water almost ;)

Just thought I'd share my obvious observation!

I blend my stuff till it becomes liquid. Tastes much better that way.

If you add ice, it makes it a little more watery. I do this with my huge shakes because I can't even drink it if it's too thick. And I use the highest setting on my blender. :D
