Crushed Vitamin tastes like crap, what should I mix it with

I can't swallow pills so I crush them and then eat them with food. Last night I mixed it in with my salmon (nasty), and today I mixed it with some Chef Boyardee, (slightly better).

Anyone else have this problem/what kind of healthy food would mask the taste?

I have a hard time swallowing pills and hate it, but what I have found works best is to just suck it up, put it in your mouth and swallow a ton of water. There are times where I gag, but ah well.

I am able to but man do I hate it, its quite the chore every morning. Typically if your gonna crush em the thicker the better. Shakes, yogurt, oatmeal, pudding....etc.

I take almost 10 in the morning and another 4-6 throughout the day. Its a pain in the ass so I try and break em down when I can. Unfortunatley ive been told some pills just arent as effective that way so I cant do em all.

Do what Ritzol suggested. The more often you swallow the pills properly, the easier it gets. I can swallow 2 or 3 pills now without drinking anything, yet I used to gag on them all the time a few years ago.

Swallowing the pills beats the hell out of crushing/tasting them.

Honestly, I think if you consider Chef Boyardee to be healthy, you might have bigger issues to address other than how to take your vitamins.

Yep agreed that chef boyardee is not healthy but I have a case of it I need to get through so I'm eating one a day until it's done. I'm not going to turn down free groceries :)

I love salmon steaks but hate salmon from a can. Tuna from a can on the other hand is tasty.
