Ok i got the state meet this friday. i weigh between 121.2 and 125.2 through out the day. i have to weigh in thursday night. what should i eat and drink for tommorow and thursday before i weigh in in order that i will be at my maximum strength friday (meet day) and still make weight. should i just decrease my water intake thursday and eat more thursday and after i weigh in drink lots of water. also, what should i eat after i weigh in? weigh in is at 7pm and the meet starts the next morning at 9:00.
edit: i forgot to mention, i usually drink about a gallon and a half of water during the day and about a liter an hour before i go to bed. when i go to bed i usually weigh 125.2 and after i wake up and use the bathroom, i usually weigh 121.2.

Need more info. What weight class are you in? With that it'll be easier to give some advice.

123 weight class. i have to weigh less than 123.5 naked

since you normally weight in at less then you need to be i owuldnt change anything at all (maybe just decrease your water intake a little just to ensure u will weigh in) other then that id keep things normal

what about eating. i heard somewhere that u get your energy from what you ate 1-2 days before. what should i be eating besides my normal healthy fats and protein? should i increase the amount of complex carbs i consume tonight and tommorow?

Carbs are your best energy source. Don't change anything, like everyone else said. Load up immediately after you weigh in. Lots of carbs!

well the past week i have decreased my regular carb intake and increased my protein and fat in order to make sure i make weight, i'm in pretty good shape right now, i weigh 120.9 and its 25 hours till weigh in time. should i try to eat as much as possible without going over in the next 25 hours?

Read my above advice. It seems like you're waiting to hear an answer that you want to hear and no one is giving it, so you just keep asking. If you have no trouble making weight everyday, DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING. Your nervous energy will take care of it.
