Ok my question is how much does a shift in core tonnage change the amount of calories required?

For example:

I'm transitioning from a deloading/intensification 3x3 phase back into a loading / volume 5x5 phase, so for not much more gym time i'm going to be moving a lot more tonnage. I assume all the requirements are going to go up but is there a way to get a good approximation other than tracking my diet for a week?

My current macros are:
For ~161 lbm

Lifting Days: 2800 cals
Protein: 242g or 1.5 g/lbm
Fat: 113g or 0.7g/lbm
Carbs: 205g or 1.27g/lbm

Rest Days: 2500 cals
Protein: 242g or 1.5 g/lbm
Fat: 113g or 0.7g/lbm
Carbs: 130g or 0.8g/lbm

how would these numbers be adjusted?

you can see how i got my macros with the link:
