I want you guys to rip my diet to shreds. It's not even like I am eating food that tastes good. I keep track of what I eat monday-friday and then saturday sunday I eat what I feel like.

I am 6'3-6'4 and 230lbs. I am trying to get down to 215.

Here are some sample days:

Day 1:

4 large scrambled eggs
4 cups skim milk
2 cans of tuna
3 tablespoon mayonaisse
2 chicken burger

Calories - 1691 Fat - 75g Carbs - 60g Prot - 186g

Day 2:

1 can Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli in Tomato Sauce
4 large scrambled eggs
2 cups skim milk
4 chicken burger
2 tablespoon mayonaisse

Calories - 1693 Fat - 78g Carb - 106g Prot - 139g

Day 3:

1 can Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli in Tomato Sauce
3 cups skim milk
2 cans flaked white tuna
2 tablespoons mayonaisse
2 Bratwurst
12 beers

Calories - 3545 Fat - 87g Carb - 266g Prot - 147g Alcohol - 156g

Day 4:

1 can Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli in Tomato Sauce
2 Bratwurst
2 cans flaked white tuna
3 tablespoons mayonaisse
1 bottle Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice
1 can wild red pacific sockeye salmon
1 can pink salmon
4 Multivitamins (bottle says take 6 a day)
3.5g creatine

Calories - 2606 Fat - 134g Carb - 144g Prot - 185g

Day 5:

1 can Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli in Tomato Sauce
1 can Presidents Choice vegetarian chili
2 cans flaked white tuna
2 tablespoons of mayonaisse
1 giant can Del Monte fruit cocktail
1 bottle Minute Maid cranberry juice
4 Multivitamin
3.5g Creatine

Calories - 1827 Fat - 38g Carb - 283g Prot - 103g

Also I flavor most of my food with salt/lemon pepper salt. Any better ways to give it some taste.

get rid of the ravioli and juice. rest looks decent
