What do you guys think about ALA before bed? I am going to be adding, on my carb-up meal day, a small carb-up meal right before bed with around 300 mg. ALA. To help keep insulin and leptin levels up, and to help with glycogen replenishment.

It's quite possibly the best antioxidant available - mainly cause it's water and lipid soluble.
except for vitamins of course.
it's also meant to help aid carb transport in the blood stream. I've never tried the stuff so i can;t stand testament to it, but others seem to like it.

Marcel-
Whats your opinion on this?
Should I take the majority of my supplements with the 1st carb-up meal and just the ALA with 2nd? Or split them up evenly?
:help::help:
First meal is around 250g carbs, and second is around 100g carbs.
