Im starting a journal today Fourth and Final member of Team Stocky.
Monday was chest day bad numbers wont post them.
Tuesday
1. Pull-Ups
3 sets of 8 reps
Had a little problem gripping bar... lead to problems later.

2. Dead Lifts
225x10
315x7
315x6
Could not grip bar for ****. (I got a slight forearm injury)
*Team Stocky--How do you guys use this wide bar-No excuses but very hard for me to grip.
I was very exhausted by this point. Moving on.....
3. T-Bar Row Standing
180x8
225x6
260x3
Very Good numbers for me.
One foot in the grave by this point.

4. Wide Grip Pull downs
220x8
250x5
250x4
Overall Grade C+ Bad deadlift but the other lifts were pretty good
Gotta work on those deadlifts!!!!

We split the T-bars up, we do laying T-bar first, the one near the trap machine, then we do our deadlifts, then we do pulldowns, NOW we do standing T-bar row last, the bar near where we used to do our pullups at, in the corner, you remember?

I do the standing T-bar row third. see? Had a decent set probably cuz my deadlifts sucked

The two T-bar exercises should be first and last, really you could put it 2nd and last, and do deadlifts first, but I like doing an exercise before to be nice and warmed up.

Ok the stock is rising now on this site....were using chalk now for grip, **** making it feel like light weight now might try 500 next week

i feel pullups are a good way to start. then i do deadlifts. so thats why they end up 3rd

I couldnt grip the bar. My grip was cappy the entire work out and was pissing me off!!!

Overall Grade C+ Bad deadlift but the other lifts were pretty good
Gotta work on those deadlifts!!!!

Ok, cats are grading their own workouts now. From now on I want to see A+'s.

Press is just one of the variations after a clean. If you don't know how to do a push press maybe you should just retire.

nice man keep up the good work and u shouldn't settle for 400 look at it this way killa kurt is 70 lbs. lighter than u and puts up more than that so be a beast about it and put up 500...just a thought aha

team stocky update hit 410 lbs. on the bench press. 400 was my beginning of the summer goal so i made it by a couple of weeks. i cut a warm-up set of 335 that was probably wearing me down before i max. so new goal is 450 by end of summer. lil Fleep can you hate on me some more to hype me? i give you some credit also!!!! :moon:

A little Team Stocky update!!!!!!!!!!!Hit 515 on the deadlift today. I almost $h*t myself doin it though. P.S I wasnt wearing a belt but I was listening to loud music!!!!!
