Nutrition wise this past week has been terrible for me. I've been miserably sick all week so I haven't been able to go to the gym, and when I get home from work I've been to tired to cook so I've been eating out for lunch\dinner every day...not the healthiest stuff.
I'm starting to feel better and ready to get back on the horse tomorrow. What is the best way to recover? I had been trying to maintain my weight for a while since I just got done with a cut, but I'd like to take off any excess weight I put on. Would you suggest I just go right back to maintenance calories or go back to cutting calories for a while until my weight balances back to normal?
