Breakfast:
Oatmeal, Tuna, Milk, and One Scoop of Nitrean Blended Up

Lunch:
2 Scoops of Nitrean + Milk

After School:
1 Can of Tuna

Dinner:
2 Chicken Breast

Late Night:
One Scoop of Nitrean + Milk

Lots of water over the day and alot of milk.

why not a chicken breast for lunch and late night?

also for after school and dinner is this all you are eating, no carbs along with these meals?

So lets say I add some natty pb into that. Maybe 1/4 jar after school and 1/4 for lunch? What could I do for carbs?

Don't eat 3 cans of tuna a day. That can set you up for some wonderful mercury poisoning. 1 can a day is ok. 3 is not.

This looks like a diet formed around protein intake only. What about fats and carbs and even more cals.

And veggies and fruits and basically a normal variety of foods containing vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals. =\ Horrible diet.
