I'm new to weightlifting. I'm trying right now to add some good weight. I have been reading around and I think i'm going to try Opticen as a supplement. I have a concern about it. i'm worried is that there isn't enough calories in it and I won't be able to meet my daily calorie intake to gain weight by eating food with the protien shake. Is their anything i can take to meet the calories I need or should I not be worried about it?
I don't know if this would help but i'm 5'9 150lbs.
