I'm new to weightlifting. I'm trying right now to add some good weight. I have been reading around and I think i'm going to try Opticen as a supplement. I have a concern about it. i'm worried is that there isn't enough calories in it and I won't be able to meet my daily calorie intake to gain weight by eating food with the protien shake. Is their anything i can take to meet the calories I need or should I not be worried about it?

I don't know if this would help but i'm 5'9 150lbs.

Well you don't have to get all of your calories from the Opticien. For more ideas of what to eat, see this thread:

thanks man that is a big help, I have been looking for somethinn like that.

Also i forgot to add this in the post is Opticen a good weight gainer supplemnet?
I have read some reviews and it seems pretty good but i was wondering if someone has tried it out and if it worked.
