Haha man thats not nearly as bad as the mistake I made at one of my first times at gold's gym. I had a real pump from seeing alot of big guys (rare at my old 24 hour fitness) and had 5 plates one one side and 6 plates on another for a set of 5 on squat.

I put it on and did a half squat and felt like a complete jackass when I just about tipped over on one side. I couldn't figure out what was wrong till a veteren pointed out I had more weight on one side.

LOL, you got me figured out. lol

Really though everybody, I was wearing an Inzer Z-suit with a sleeveless hoody. I know I had sunglasses on but I always wear bandanas and stuff.

I guess nobody here ever uses a lifting suit when going for max lifts? Just a bunch of bodybuilders you guys are!

HB - I noticed that in some of your videos you have your arms inside your legs, while in this video your arms are outside your legs. I usually do the latter, but I was wondering why you like to switch it up.

Lata lata.

Thanks Maki

R S,
I used to use the std stance for a long time and then I ddecided to go sumo. I made great strength gains and I stuck with sumo for the past five years or so. Just lately I started experimenting with standard again and I'm finding that I'm much stronger on those now.
Also, I decided to start up with the std stance again just for the variety too.

When competition comes, sumo will be my style. It's my stronger method as of now but that may change, who knows.

Do you find that conventional or sumo emphasizes different muscles or the same?

When you're cool, the sun shines on you all night long.

Good job on the lift, but does it really take 3 hours to do 1 deadlift?
