Help A Fellow Lifter Out

I've heard a lot about NO-Explode, practically everyone i know takes it, except me. My questions are: 1. What make NO so special that everyone takes it? 2. How effective is it? 3. Is there anything out better than NO (non steroidal)? 4. Is it worth buying/taking?

Nothing makes it special. It's just as effective as any other mix you can make yourself, only it costs a lot more. It's not worth buying as you can make your own mix with similar ingredients for much cheaper. You can take it if you want if cost is not an issue, but the fact that everyone you know is taking it really shows you how effective BSN's ridiculous marketing nonsense is. It works for what it is, but you can make your own for much, MUCH cheaper.

What kind of mix is it? I've read the ingredients and half of them are like; Extreme Ultra Pumping Agent, and Secret Blast Explosion Formula. And once again, is there anything out better than NO (non steroidal)? My overall goal is strength. What's going to give my the most strength with gaining as little weight as possible? I don't mind gaining weight, I just don't want to turn into a huge fluff ball and only go up minimally in strength.

What do you mean "better than"? You're making it seem as though it's the top of the line supplement. It's basically a little malto, creatine, citrulline malate arginine, caffeine, and a few other unnecessary hyped up ingredients that aren't as amazing as BSN makes them out to be.

I use it just bc its cheap you can get it online massnutrition.com for only like 25 bucks and it lasts like 2 months. Its no miracle worker but it does give you energy and endurance. It alone wont get you big.
