I had been working on my weight lossing plan for about 4 months, went from 235 to 220 in about 2 and half months but since then I only lost 2lbs in the recent one and half months so I decided to look for some supplement pills that could help on increasing the fat loss.
Any suggestions?

"Fat loss" pills aren't going to help. You need to fix your diet if want results. You need to sign up for a free account on www.fitday.com and start tracking everything you're eating. Track your average calories for a week, then come back here and post a link to your diet journal on FitDay so we can get a general idea of what your current diet is like.

You need to give us as much information as possible if you want good advice. What are your stats? (age, height, etc...) What are your goals? Are you currently exercising? If so, what kind of exercise are you doing?

fat loss pills will help, but agree that diet and exercise are the key factors.
I agree that relying on them solely is a bad idea. Though for some people the appetite suppression is all that they needed.

I agree, while taking Lipo 6 I had almost no hunger pains, and could go a while without eating. Now I'm down to one small meal a day with Vitamins and Fish Oil. There is no miracle pill...sorry, but they help, even in small margins, they'll help. Steady work outs, get a routine, and you'll be fine with a healthy diet.

wow! 1 meal.... i'm not into seeing people starve to lose a few pounds....

im 5'11" ans weigh 190 lbs...although i am fit i have a few vanity pounds i want to shed.... i am currently taking branch chain aminos and have at least one grapefruit a day... so far i am developing a bit more lean mass....

although i have a pretty strict diet (80% of the time) lol...

and i have a very active exercise routine...

a roommate has lost 30lbs in 2.5 months
with the following gym routine:

30 min Bike @ least 100rpm average
20 min treadmill
20 min eliptical

he does this about 3 times a week and he is looking really good.
and he doesn't take any supplements at all.

go to the gym during your favorite show and bring some headphones,
trust me the time will fly.

good luck.

All I'm taking right now is green tea extract, I don't think it's working very well, but I'm not stacking it with anything either.

You are going to suffer some ill side effects if you continue eating "one small meal a day with vitamins and fish oil". The vitamins and fish oil are not going to compensate for your horrible eating plan. You deserve a thread all on your own for this very subject. You should seriously consider educating yourself on the matters of nutrition and how what you are doing negatively affects your health. You should take your own advice about advocating a "healthy diet" because you're not ON one.

How do you know if his diet is healthy? He never said what he eats in his "small meal". If it was a plate of brown rice with chicken and tuna mixed in preceeded by a green filled salad and followed up by a Nitrean, bannana, oats, EVOO, strawberry, and apple slury shake mixture then I would say it is healthy. It's not going to help his metabolism but as far as it being unhealthy I think you would agree that we would need a bit more information.

No he was right, all the way. I got a specialist to help with my diet and over all health and got tore a new one when she found out my diet. It was a huge mistake that should have never been made. Since then I have taken on 4-5 small meals a day with a workout routine along with prescribed medications from her.

Metformin HCL, she stated it was mostly for diabetics, but it will help shed the cravings and hunger, as well as help separate sugar in my body over night. I'm going back in 3 weeks when we'll go over extensive blood work, where she said we would take on other medications if needed.

Um...is she just putting you on meds for the sake of charging you more money, or is there something actually wrong with you? And if so, what is she giving you all this stuff for, exactly?

I'll let you know what she gives me and what it's for when I get it. And being a Government Weapons Inspector, I pay nothing for my doctor or medications.

A few weeks ago I started Lipo 6 only as a added boost. I did drop 8 pounds in week and a half. But this is mainly from diet and the hour of cardio a day.

I also have a good friend who is getting into the modeling industry who takes burners. He started out with a trimmed body and also takes burners as that added boost on top of his daily workouts.
