I take a bunch of supplement pills and shakes and fast food is just about the only thing I eat... I have a fast metabolism which is why I don't lose weight but what do you guys eat most of the time? Like what do you eat more than anything else and what do you drink more than anything else?

What are your stats? (age, height, weight, etc...) What are your goals? Are you currently exercising? If so, what kind of exercise are you doing? Give us as much information as possible. You need to start making some changes in your life if you want to change your body.
