The consensus here is that you should consume a minimum of 0.5g of fat per pound of lean body mass (LBM), 1g of protein per lb of LBM, and fill in the rest with whatever you want - carbs or more protein and/or fat.

You need to read a lot more on this site, for future reference.
For your total calories, you need to be getting at least 1 gram of protein per pound of LBM, .5 grams of fat per pound of LBM (with the bulk of this coming from healthy fat sources), and the rest of your calories can come from fat, protein, or carbs depending on what you're comfortable with. That's basically it. Don't overanalyze it.
