you seem young, keep at it, takes time to get a huge change. For me its every 6 months i change alot. Good base to work with.

Sorry man, but even for new people 1 month is just not noticeable, unless u're on a cycle. But hey, u got 10lbs more, right? That's just great. You'll see the gains in time, dont worry 'bout it too soon.
