Next week, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday we are maxing to see where we stand with our workouts. Monday is hang cleans, tuesday- bench (incline if you want) and wednesday is squat. Any diet tips to try and be at full capacity for the first three days of the week next week? Any certain types of food to concentrate on or avoid? Also any resting tips?

Lots of carbs and sleep. That's what I would do.

I wouldn't avoid any food except for alcohol.

I'd say maybe lean towards the complex carbs instead of sugars (like fruit), although I don't think it would matter significantly. Good luck, and tae ha ming goo.
