i don't know anything about it, but i would think a benefit might be that it hits the bloodstream quicker, thus releasing its benefits sooner than oral dosage? Maybe its more efficient in this way as well, seeing more of the effects with less of the caffeine.

Although I don't presume to talk for The Champion, he may have not meant you specifically but, rather, why would anyone want to inject it.

I've never heard of an intravenous form of caffeine and since you're bringing the topic up, I'd imagine (as did Champion, probably) that you know more about it than us (unless this is some bizarre idea you just came up with yourself).

Well, I was doing some research on *cough* GHB, and I came accross some site that was either selling it (caffeine/ephedrine), or had sold it in the past. I think it was either a bad link or it said sold out.

From the small amount of googling I did, it's apparently used for medical purposes.

I remember reading somewhere on here that some competitive bodybuilders take GHB when they go out partying or whatever so they don't have to drink alcohol and mess up their diets.

You know that one of the side effects of GHB is sudden death? It only takes around 2 grams or so to overdose, and mixing it with alcohol can make the side effects a lot worse. So...not only can you be charged with rape if you're using it for that purpose, you may accidentally kill someone and be charged with rape and murder. Fun!

That is pretty much equally idiotic to take GHB by yourself. I'm not an advocate of drug use, but I would recommend many other drugs over GHB if you were to go down that road. It really is stupid.

based on what? caffeine is injected in some clinical studies, i remember reading an article about it for a biology class. unfortunately i didnt pay attention in the class, so i've retained 0% of the info.
