It's crap. Don't waste your time and money. What are your stats? (age, height, weight, etc...) What does your diet look like? Your exercise regimen?

I'm 5'8, 160 lbs., 56 years old, I am not a bodybuilder but do a fair amount of hiking, I live in the mountains of Colorado. I want to try hgh to help me pack pack for fun and maybe go elk hunting this fall, will need to really get strong by then. Also my wife wants to try it for other reasons.

Don't want to get into shots, just have heard that it will do a lot of things for us.

If you're looking into HGH (the real stuff), then go see a doctor so you can get an appropriate evaluation. Don't bother with these garbage oral supps. What are you currently doing to "get stronger"? What's your diet like?

My understanding is that there is no such thing.

GH has to be injected AFAIK - I don't see the sense in an oral product at all.
