......now that we got your attention this is actually a 3 way, 75-80 day endurance trial. The three of us; Andrew(Crazedwombat), Jessie(Vikingwarlord), and myself will be doing a 75 day, mostly liquid PSMF cycle to try to lose 25lbs of fat each in that time frame. Thats 75lbs of fat between the 3 of us in just 75 days. Wish us luck and stop by If you want to check up on our progress. Starting Stats/pictures coming soon.

Unfortunately, I won't be starting mine until next Sunday, so I'll take the pics and put them and stats up when I start. This was based on some conversimicating that happened with Josh (Hatred) and the conclusion that the three of us are absolutely ****ing nuts.

2 and a half month PSMF cycle. Because we got it like that.

Day 1....sigh doing well so far cause I carbed up last night as a last hooray. My throat hurts this morning so we'll see how that affects it...as in, it wont I'll just be more miserable. all that screaming and alcohol catching up..damn I'm old.

Yesterday was day 1 for me. I did well cutting the carbs but the diet didnt have enough cals or protein >.< Just felt like puking all day.

Diet - 1 whole egg, 2oz chicken Breast, 600mg caffeine, 1 packet NO-Xplode, lots of water. Total = 190cals 10g fat, 23g protein 0g carbs

Still pulling everything together but I'll be screenshotting my fitday everyday and putting it in. Include at least 64oz of water possibly upto 96oz if hunger keeps at me.

I forget the reason for no-explode. I wont be EC stacking, I'll be using nitor. it does wonders to suppress the appetite which gets me up until around 5pm...then it starts wearing off.


QUESTION:

I heard some guy say he did a low carb high protein and because he didnt have a lot of the crap thats in our carbs these days, that the plaque on his teeth started coming off. Is there truth to that? if so I get whiter teeth in this process of pain.

I'm glad I can't start for another week. It'll let me get myself better planned. Diet is going to be mostly Nitrean. I'm going to just go a straight, solid 11 weeks, 77 days. March 11 to May 26.

The pain shall be brought, but hopefully the pain will bring along the sexy.

Good luck guys. Nice to have a little extra support from one another. It will be nice to see the before and after pics in a few months. How did you guys set up your PSMF? Mostly liquid might be tough.

Speaking of Insane, here's day 01 food. I'm waaaay over. Chicken came out of nowhere... Got a chunk of protein though. Will take out a shake during the day. It's gonna hurt but it should cut it down more. Any other comments? Anything strike out and such? Since it's day one I expect to have to tweak for a day or so.


EDIT: The jello amount is wrong.

Sugar Free Jello 1 cup Cals = 16 0 0 4 <- protein

Rawr, ketosis must have set in, I feel miserable. I'm just dreaming about the 6 whole wheat bagels with fat free cream cheese I'm going to pound away on saturday morning.

Oh oh Andrew, I re-read the PSMF book and you don't need as much protein as you are eating.

Its 1.25 grams per lb of LBM at category 2/weightlifter.

After doing the math and stuff you should be getting about 210-220g protein a day.

I would make it a 4 some, but I'm not doing a strict PSMF and only going for about 15lbs. I weighed myself last night and I'm a fatty at 235.6lbs.

EDIT : thanks to nitor, hunger is a dull ache and not something that plagues me too much, even now in ketosis, but in the afternoons it wears off around 4 or 5 and things get ouchie. but I'm good for the most of the day and then I load up on good veggies at night so I dont go to bed hungry

Aight, here's day 3. Today I hit ketosis, I was barely able to work. it was a struggle. plus i hit cals early and struggle through it, by the time I was about to leave work, the body hit the adjustment and I was alright.

Tomorrow is a travel day, flying from Indianapolis to DC. I wont be able to eat from 5 - 9. not good. going to stuff in the cals at 430 and hope for the best. then when I get home finish them out. I expect pain. travel days suck.

while my cals are still too high in my opinion, my carbs are down to under 20 which makes me smile at that.

Had ronnie colemans breakfast from "The Cost of Redemption".

Apart from wanting to be that jacked up (which means losing tons of fat), I want to eat like a bodybuilder every damn day. For those who don't know this is how the meal went down.

2 cups egg whites fried in skillet with FF non stick cooking spray
4 packages quick grits flavored variety
1 slice of cheese

Place the cheese overtop the grits and water and microwave for six min and then stir in the fried eggwhites afterwards. Like amazing!

I found a bottle I can fill with water, I think so fi I can get the powder through damned security. in the future, I have an atlarge shaker i can use. Since I make the move this weekend.

I bought fiber pills yesterday...I think I'll need them but because the passed 2 weeks I've had too much fiber, I'm letting things get the way it should before I start taking them, which probably means tomorrow. Day four, I just dont feel like eating anymore. I had to cram down a shake. My belly says its hungry but I dont want to eat. I guess thats a good thing. Energy levels are fine. All is peachy for now. It looks like an all liquid day. The good thing about that is that its quick and dont have to waste time with all that unnecessary chewing.

My mind hasnt even started thinking about quitting, even when I hit the lowest yesterday. So I'm thinking I'm in good shape.

So this was Day 04. Also, I weighed myself and I'm surprisingly down to 245.5lbs. I think that's a bit much but then again, I've been sick this whole week and I'm curious as to how much is water weight. Either way, that's the weight i was at when I went on vacation in December.

Not that I'm offically on this but I was once again 231 this morning. Broke my no carb rule this morning with a small banana that was going bad on my counter. Only 24g of carbs, but that is about my daily intake. Yesterdays macros are Cals 1950 Fat 116 Carbs 36 Protein 190. Keep it up guys. This stuff is rough. Got some nasty doms and lack of energy. Already tempted to carb back up. Maybe I'll refeed once a week. Nothing crazy but maybe a day with 100-150g of carbs.

According to fitday, 20 raw almonds have 5g of carbs. Not sure where your getting 19g. I'm having raw unroasted almonds.

This morning, I was 250.5 lbs and in the 24% range. If anyone cares, I can put up measurements, but I'm feeling lazy at present.

My portion of this triple threat psychosis is going to run about 12-1300 cals, 240-250g protein, and 50% or so liquid using Nitrean. I'll probably do entire days of nothing but liquid for time purposes, but will do whole foods . Lots of egg whites, tilapia filets, and canned tuna. There will be a 6 hour refeed probably once a week. I'll avoid the free meal if I don't absolutely need it.

I'll be picking up some Nitor, and supplementing with 6000mg fish oil, ALN's Multi-Plus, and I haven't decided if I'm going to use creatine through this thing, but if I do, it'll be ALN...since I've got a whole lot of it sitting in the kitchen. I might also go back to using ETS, but I've got some of that. I need to wait to make another ALN order because my next one will be pretty big.

At any rate, there's my intro into this bitch. Starts Sunday.

Looking at those pics above, I've got some amazing stretch marks and a whole ****load of moles and things all over my back. That is about the unsexiest thing I've ever seen in my life.

Well, "carbed up" today. Went to the girlfriends for dinner. Had a bowl of chicken white bean soup, 2 slices of bread, and a oatmeal raisin cookie. Maybe 120g of carbs today and 2300-2400 cals. Not bad. Feel 100x better.

Today is the day. Because of time constraints, I'm going to do an all liquid day. Aside from the 6g of fish oil, I'll be taking in 10 scoops of Nitrean for a total of 1160 cal, 240g protein.

Starting measurements:

Weight: 251 lbs, about 24.5% bodyfat
Neck: 17.5"
Chest: 46"
Waist (at the navel): 42"
Biceps (not at full flex): 16.5"
Thigh: 27" (my right is 27.5, but close enough)

Alright, I hit the gym...but first, a little story.

I did something and ****ed up my left lat a few weeks ago. It wasn't a gym related injury, just some freak thing. That caused my scapula to start acting all weird. It seems that taking about 3 weeks off the gym helped to get things back in place. That said, I took it a little easy to day just to get back into the swing of things.

Also, my delts suck ass, both for size and strength. That's something I'm going to have to pound on for a while.

I'm considering changing the routine as well. The way I've got it set up now, I can get in and out in 40 minutes or less...and that's important since my schedule is crazy full during the week.

After a conversation with Paul, I'm considering switching to an antagonist pair split instead of my chest/legs/back thing I'm doing now. If I do that, I'll finish my split for this week and start the new one next Sunday.

If anyone has any other ideas, feel free to share.

Ok, so here it is. I was really sick all weekend and I carried my refeed a little sloppylike. On top of that, I basically took my free meal on friday, and a free meal on sunday. The bad news is I didnt eat really well last night. If you look at my fit days I added what I call. 'cheat meal'. It's basically what I've eaten give or take, but I didnt go through and list every single little thing in the meal..would have taken forever. The good news is that all of the meals were still under my maintenance, but my protein took a hit.

Today I had cheat meal 1 and its was a subway 6 inch club...so it was only about 160 cals lots of carb but its much better than the weekend. I chose to eat it at the start of the week because I traveled today and needed it easy. plus I need to ease back into it. I ordered better food this week for the hotel so I should be in better shape. more tuna and egg whites.

Heres the fitdays for the last 3 days. I've basically moved out of the house. I still have a lot of crap there but it's much less. when I come back to DC next month, I'll upgrade my storage place and move it all, then move out the rest of my stuff. I've got HUGE ass suitcases sitting in my office right now and I'll finally be in minnesota on thursday.

Anyone else get funked up from day light savings besides me?


EDIT: some more good news. On my cheat meal on Friday, I then went and played 2 hours of wallyball so it burned off most of it. On sunday I moved most of the day so I worked off some of it.


EDIT2: I dont feel bad anymore. I just checked fitday...wallyball in 2 hours burns 1200 cals. wow.

As it goes according to the book, category 2 requires 1.25g protein per pound lbm. That puts me at about 240g daily. Hard to come in much lower on the cals. If you got suggestions, feel free. You've been through this **** more than I have.

I also started thinking about doing 12 egg whites in the morning. It's got the same protein content as 2 scoops of Nitrean and about the same caloric content. Probably keep me full longer too, but that would be a ****load of eggs I'd go through. Need to go shopping as it is, so why not?

So far thats the only time I'm having extreme issues. otherwise my body is adjusting and if I can get into a decent gym this weekend, I'll be back into the lifting as energy levels are higher than last week.

Hopefully you are getting egg white cartons like "all whites"? This is 10000x easier then buying a few dozen eggs, cracking, and separating them out.

jesse, how is 1400 cals high? 235g of protein is my aim a day and that's 940, most days I try to stay under 20 carbs. My fat is the only thing that jumps it, but it's 95% omega fats. considering my maint was 2800-3000..Tell me what I'm doing wrong...

Day 4 (guess I should keep track)

Partially because I'm lazy and partially because I haven't gone shopping, today's an all liquid day, with 5 double shots of Nitrean. That's 1100cal and 240g protein. Add the fish oil and that puts me at 1160 cal for today.

Backed off a bit on the water to 6 1L bottles (little over a gallon and a half) and had a 1L Diet Coke in the morning for a caffeine jolt. The last one of those I had was Saturday night and it had whiskey in it.

Hunger isn't really an issue at this point, though someone at work made popcorn. The smell filled the entire ****ing building and I thought I was going to have to throatpunch him but it wasn't a problem. I should have used it as an excuse to throatpunch him though.

I'm starting to get frustrated with the lack of scale drop. By all rights, I should be down maybe 5 pounds of scale weight by now, but I'm only down 2. Same thing happened on my last attempt. I just couldn't shed the water I probably should have. I asked on Lyle's board and he said that water weight isn't necessarily a precursor to burning fat, it just happens with low carb diets.

Maybe I should start doing depletion workouts after all. I'm willing to do damn near anything I have to in order to get this thing moving along. I also wish I knew a practical way to determine whether the scale is moving due to water or weight. I've calculated (very rough calculation and I know it) that I've eaten roughly a 5000 cal deficit so far, give or take a couple hundred...so in theory, at least a pound of the 2 I've dropped should be fat.

Anyone with any experience or advice can feel free to chime in here.

Today was an interesting day. I did really well, no whey needed today as I got what I needed through meat and egg whites. No nitor today so that I can sleep tonight.

I woke up with a crick in my neck and I over stretched the spine part of the neck...ended up pinching a nerve. does 800mg of motrin have carbs in it? heh, maybe that kept my mind off. I cut down another 150 cals so i'm working on it. Day went by slow until I downloaded Final Fantasy Mystic Quest from SNES onto my emulator and the rest of the afternoon flew by. Maybe I'll have work tomorrow...but sinces its thursday, I doubt I'll get much.

Here's Day10 food. I had steak tonight...yummyness but roomservice included a piece of garlic bread...room service being smokey bones. it stared at me and I covered it in my asparagus...since it was overcooked, it stank up my bread so I didnt eat it. I swear I'll sack babies for some bread

I found this 0cal butter-like spray topping called Olivo. I'm sure people have heard about it, but it's made from Olive Oil and it's great. I've been using a little bit as a cooking spray, just to give a little something else to whatever I'm making.

Like I said, I got the Nitor last night. As the directions enclosed in the box suggested, I just took one at about 8am. It kept me going until about 3:30 in the afternoon. I was awake, alert, and better focused than I have been in a long time...and we had a meeting at work that I didn't fall asleep during!!

Tomorrow I'll take one in the morning and one around lunchtime, then bump to two twice a day and see how it goes.

Jesus Christ...I can't lose this ****ing bloat for anything. In a week, the scale has moved 4 pounds. I've been eating a big deficit, so it's gotta be something other than water.

I may actually attempt a depletion workout tomorrow, just because I have to do something. I'm starting to get pissed.

It's not just a feeling. It's the fact that there's been a total of about a 4 lb drop in the last week. I had the problem the last time around also. I dropped a total of 11 lbs and regained 4 from water in a 3 week period. I know water loss doesn't necessarily preclude fat loss, but it's just weird.

I'm still going through with the refeed. I made the mistake of watching Food Network. That channel might as well be porn.

Lol, dude Dont worry I started diet at 254 6 days in I was 249 the day after refeed 258 back down to 247-248 now. I wouldn't stress it too much. You have been following the diet very well and fat has no choice but to come off. Don't worry about water weight at this point.

I forget what I ate yesterday because I didn't write it down, but it was pretty well on track...around 1300 cals and about 260g protein.

Last night was a lame ass St. Patrick's Day. I didn't get drunk OR laid...because the girl's friends wouldn't leave her god damn house. At about 1:30, she started being antisocial in order to get them to go, and I started being a complete dick to make them want to leave.

Everyone was finally gone at about 4am, and by that point it was either **** or sleep...and we were both too tired for the marathon session it would have been. I'm already only running on about 4 hours of sleep.

I've pretty much already done my refeed for today. I found whole grain cinnamon raisin bread, so I had some of that with fat free cream cheese and it was absolutely awesome. After the late night, I chose not to hit the gym this morning and I won't have time after band practice this afternoon, so I'll have to start the new routine tomorrow. Should be a pantload of fun.

I'll total up today's macros after I'm done for the day.

So I've been MIA for the weekend, Go me, I got internet on friday but comcast blow monkey chunks and gave me a router with 1 freaking port...the phone lady said 4! so now I gotta wait until I get home in april to grab my router and fly back out. She's in an old ass house and so in the basement, if you look up, You'll see her hardwood floors right on top of the beams. That means this weekend I'll be bracing, insullating, and vaporbarriering her basement ceiling so I dont freeze walking across her hardwood floors. On the positive note, I got to go to Sears and buy tools...I love tools....300$ later, I walked away with maglites, table saw, drill, flourecent flashlite, level, trim saw, staple gun, dustbuster, and some other stuff....heheh just happened to walk into it on a sale day. So here's the update. one thing I didnt include but I was introduced to its existence.

Harbours beer.... its like sparkling apple cider with alcohol...holy hell, that stuff is awesome... Had 3 and half my gfs but not too bad for st pattys day. My refeed was rough but on thursday I only brought in around 800 cals (Day 11), I had a good lunch then flew to MN, when I got there I was happy to see her so I wasnt hungry anymore. By the time i realized I was hungry again I just said BAH. Rest is standard. Oh um, I weighed in on friday at 249lbs...not happy, then on my refeed on saturday, I woke up on sunday and reweighed myself and was down to 247.5lbs...weights fluctuating like a crackheads story when a dead hooker is found in his room.

I'm going to start trying to balance my intake a little better. I need to get some time to sit and actually start figuring some things out in a more organized manner.

My training needs to get the hell back on track too. This tricep problem is preventing me from doing much of anything. It hurts to carry a gallon of water...so lifting is quite the problem. Still considering throwing in some HIIT. Actually...I should stop considering it and just ****ing do it.

Sticking to the diet isn't really hard, it's just tedious. This is day 10, and I'm in a better place than I was on day 10 the last time around, actually spending time making decent food instead of throwing down whatever crap fits the macros. I'll be sick to death of it by the end of this bitch, but for now I'm dealing.

Hit 241.5 on the scale this morning. Can definitely see a difference already, and my god damn pants are falling off. The worst part about the recomposition is that I'll have to buy a whole new wardrobe. I can deal with that though.

Bad wreck on the Interstate between here and work. Have to leave early to get there on time. Working more than an hour from where you live sucks nuts.

I'm dropping scale weight at a rate that makes me think that I've got to be unloading more than just fat. I'm seeing/feeling ribs, which is interesting...but I think I'm going to start upping the cals a little bit, maybe to the 1350 range.

So here's my weekend update.

The insulating the womans basement went well, gotta buy vapor barrier and patch it but almost all the insulation is up. That's an itchy, yucky job..damn.. anyways, her floors are much warmer.

Thursday - Did alright, nothing amazing
Friday - Weighed myself, I weighed in at 240.5lbs. Because I was insulating I didnt take the time to eat much until dinner, so I tried to catch up a little.
Saturday - Was going to be a refeed, didnt quite get to it, ate chinese and that was about it.
Sunday - weighed in at 242lbs and went into a refeed and went overboard :( I broke down and had papa johns pizza...half a large. It was good, and lots of protein, it was their new sausage sensation..oh yeaaaaa. I ate so much pig I orgasmed for 15 min.
Monday - I'm back on, I havent eaten anything yet today since I traveled but lunch is in an hour and a half so I'll just stick it out. I've noticed my face leaning out which is great and I've noticed my belt having to get tighter...keeping it up. Also my first shipment of shirts came in last weds and I talked to my web designer and it should all be up by thursday or so, so I'm excited.

yea the first week was hard but after that, as long as I stay on whole foods and minimize the number of liquid cals, I do alright on it. The only thing that gets to me is the tedium...always just a little hungry, counting every cal, that kind of thing. But its worth it since you drop weight so fast...

On a different note, I redid the cals for mypizza day, and I think I over exaggerated. HALF a large pizza isnt 2700 cals, but more 1600-1800 cals. So not overly terrible since that's all I ate that day too.

Thats how everyone feels. You just gotta shoulder through it or diet another way. I always liked PSMF better then anything else for many reasons. You can mess up on a PSMF and still lose considerable fat. Its very easy and simple to follow. You don't need to do excessive amounts of cardio. You get to lift (somewhat) heavy.

Also the rapid weightloss was a huge part of it. I don't know how people keep their motivation up while only losing a pound a week. For me, I'd always give up on normal dieting for that very reason. Plus, I would much rather be horribly miserable for a few weeks then kinda miserable for many months.

I also have that same fear/phobia. I would always rather be fat/strong then lean and weak. We are men. Small and weak are for the women! :D

Size is a relative term. You look extremely small on PSMF's just because you are depleted which is nothing to worry about. Glygocen is easily lost and gained (atleast compared to fat/muscle).

Anyways you've already shown in your progress pictures how much bigger you look leaner. You haven't gotten bigger, you've gotten smaller. But you look bigger. I know or hope rather that once I'm done dieting I should look much better and bigger then I do now.

And you cannot expect to be big overnight. Getting big or lean (if done right) takes many months.

I might lose 1-3% muscle but it's something I accept so that once I hit 220 I can work out like a mofo and just pack on muscle. By then I'll be part of a new gym in Minnesota,have my CFT, and be ready to match Josh in size :)

Crazy. You won't lose as much muscle as you'd think. I think 1-3% is probably the highest. I'm not sure about numbers and percentages but the most muscle I've ever lost on a PSMF is about 1lb or two which is easily gained back in the early stages of a bulk.

I'm going to be heading back to something resembling a PSMF after this weekend.

Without going completely emo, tings aren't progressing well in real life, and the psychological strain of a crash diet isn't helping matters. My job is stressing me out so bad I had a panic attack in the bathroom at work today. This makes 3 attacks in 4 days...which isn't good for the nervous system. Feel like my mental health is at least as important as physical.

I'm still dropping like a mother****er though, and I've been holding at 242 since Saturday. I'm all veiny and ****. Might take some pictures later if you're all good boys and girls...

Working as a network design engineer for the largest telecom company in the country who's looking to meet market department forecasts (those ****ing bastards...) gets stressful, especially when timelines keep getting pushed forward, systems keep going down, and you're not allowed to work more than 40 hours per week. On top of that, if we don't meet our build cycle goals, chances are good that the extreme majority of people in my department get axed.

That's the short version.

Maybe I should just go to bartending school or something.

Yea its up to date. Weighed it last friday... 242 last saturday so depending on my water weight, it's give or take a few lbs. I'm really hoping to break the 240 mark this week. I havent been under 240 in 2 years since I hurt my back so itll be a major break through. Your old sig goal looks like you'll make it if you keep dropping. 7 more lbs and thats WAY before the end of summer. Get back on the horse and if you get axed, have a program ready to crash and smash their system.

I haven't updated the goal because I don't really know what the hell my goal is now. I guess I just want to see how lean I can go.

So it's my birthday...which means I went over on cals...it was insisted by all my coworkers... they want to take bets whether I'll make my weight by my deadline... I didnt take part since I can basically choose who wins by dehydrating if I wanted. Anyways, here's Day 24...I'll probably not lose as much weight this week, I've gottena little lax here and there. Always under 1500 cals but still not as good as I can do. I'll tighten up more in the future.

I'd just like to thank you guys for doing this...as it has motivated me to whittle my fat ass down a bit. I dont intend to really post daily, the focus should stay on you three who started it...but, I will post some sorta update ~ 1/week. I am going to keep my cals between 1500 and 2000 for the remainder of the week, protein ~175-225, and then see about going down from there on the cals.

On PSMF you always have brain farts because of this. To date I don't know anything that can really help it. Like you said it has to do with how your brain process's things.

The only thing to cure it is glucose. Which we cannot have. :(

I spent this week not really caring about much, just maintaining while I took care of business and got over being sick. Right now, I'm 246.5 lbs, and who knows how much of that is bloat.

As some may know, and the rest don't care, I'm in a punk band. We played Friday night in Indianapolis and last night in Louisville, KY. Last night, I got blitzed on Crown Royal and Diet Cokes.

Brought my best female friend with me, who also happens to be our "band mom", roadie, merch wench, photographer, and biggest fan. I've mentioned her to a few people in conversation, and Andrew actually met her briefly. As I said, I was really drunk, and she was wearing an amazingly revealing tank top and very tight jeans.

I tried to be a good boy, be respectful, keep my mouth shut and my hands to myself, but then I did a body shot off of her in the ladies' room. I realized I'd spilled some of my whiskey while loading it and decided not to let any of it go to waste...so I did the logical thing and licked it off her cleavage. After that, things just spiralled a bit. We were in the rest room for a while.

Yeah, anyway, the cut is starting again now. Not a strict PSMF, mind you, but following the same general principle with a less extreme deficit and added flexibility. We're looking at 15-1600 cals generally (maybe more) and doing whatever I want every 4-5 days. Since intake is more or less cumulative, I can scale it up or down if I'm a bit high or low on the calories on a given day. Alcohol isn't really a factor since I don't drink often enough for it to matter...maybe once a month at this point.

Got two shows this coming weekend and two the weekend after. I'm trying to stay ahead of the food and have things prepared that I can grab and go...so I'll be bringing as much of my own food with me as possible instead of eating fast food with the rest of the band. Shouldn't be hard to do, I just bought a new 30 can cooler.

I'm not going to be real concerned with weight or measurements anymore. I'll still weigh in, but it might be once a week, and just to have a record. Progress is going to be measured using the mirror above anything else. I'm still working on reformulating concrete goals since I don't even know what I want anymore. I just want to lean out before deciding where to go from there.

First post in here on a diet. I'll post here once a week and check up on you guys to see how you're all coming along. Dieting is easier in groups.

I don't have BF calipers yet but I'm going to get some after my first cycle of PSMF. In 2 weeks about. I'm not 100% sure but I've been pretty consistent with my 2700 calories. My weight is 207 right now and it doesn't look like I've gained any fat. I'm still estimating BF at 17%. I'm happy at my weight since I ended my first cut almost two months ago at 208 around 16-18%.

Good starting workout. Strength is coming along. I tried the 315 on squat, got halfway down and knew I couldn't go all the way. I almost lost an eyeball so I re racked and did 225x3.

Workout will look pretty much like this until July. I'll keep the first five exersizes free weights/compounds and the last four isolation/machine exersizes. I'll only do abs/calf's once a week and switch them out with something else like farmers walk or something.

Good luck with everyone else who's dieting. Now its time to eat my first meal and shower. Then off to school.

I'll post up my meals later today, my diet wasnt great for the weekend, lots of bday stuff and some pressure with the woman...alot of issues with her ass. Anyways, weighted in on Friday at 239.5 and after my refeed and crap eating I'm at a solid 239lbs. So I'm guessing 2-3lbs last week.

While my body is still losing, my mental side of things are pretty weak from the ***** I'm dealing with with the woman and the tedium of the diet itself. This week I'm going to focus more on keeping my cals around 1500-1700, which is still a nifty cal deficit, but adding more carbs and fat. To balance it, it's gotten warm enough that I'm going to run to the gym downtown (about 1 miles each way) and lift...weight may slide off slower since I'm going to be gaining muscle, next weekend I'll be back in DC to deal with more things on the move. Including that, i'll be picking up my warps, belt, chalk, and calipers as well as quit that gym so I can join one in MN. Whether the woman works out or not, I've decided to buy a house in minneapolis, housing is cheap there for solid built homes. So we'll see, clothing line might take a hit for about a month until the dust settles, and web designer is slower than a dead grandmother. Hopefully by the end of the week it'll look professional enough to be functional. you punk asses better purchase a couple!

Im exactly 5 lbs heavier then your ass but I think we should be around the same BF % now. Size 38 pants are starting to fit pretty loosely, thats whats up.

I'm having some serious personal issues that need to be addressed, and sadly, it looks like some of this stuff will have to take a backseat while I get life in order.

my diet went pretty well yesterday, toned down a little but since its an off week I'm not too concerned. next week I'll be back on it. my fitdays are still available but its in my sig now instead of uploading...too much work to do for 77 days :) Fit day says I have 8 weeks exactly to make weight...I can do this shiz

I will try and stick to things as close as possible. This weekend will be extended.maybe I can get a daypass somewhere. I'm buying a house and so for the next month life with that and moving from VA and work and the woman,and the clothing line it's going to be a mess. This is one of those major changes in life. I'm going to do my best and drop my cals to 1200-1500...I'm also going to keep those cals clean. but I dont know if PSMF is going to be possible. it'll probably be a small variation that gives me 200-400 cals for carbs and the rest protein and keep my fat intake from animals and fish oil only. After the dust settles, probably mid may, I hope to be down unto the 220s and life calmed a bit. wheeeeeeeee
