I am 6-0 195 and have decided I would like to start a cut with losing as little strength as possible (duh).
Anyways I was bulking at about 3,300 cals, really not a pin point thing though.
So heres what I am thinking at cutting at.
Cals…2300
Fat…45-60
Protein…235
Carbs…220
What do you guys think?
Should I up the cals some? Like 2600?
