I am 6-0 195 and have decided I would like to start a cut with losing as little strength as possible (duh).

Anyways I was bulking at about 3,300 cals, really not a pin point thing though.

So heres what I am thinking at cutting at.

Cals…2300
Fat…45-60
Protein…235
Carbs…220

What do you guys think?
Should I up the cals some? Like 2600?

your fats maybe too low, carbs too high. Your cutting cals depends on your maintence cals. Take a 20% reduction of that. For alot of people that is simply just 12xBW.

it really depends on your maintenance more than anything else

as long as you're getting 1-1.5 g protein per lb LBM and .5g per lb of healthy fats you can pretty much fill in everything else as long as it meets your total calories for the day

that being said, I like to keep carbs relatively low (mostly vegetables and occassionally whole grains/skim milk) and fats a little higher
