I have started my cut today and this will be pretty much my daily intake.

I weigh 187lbs am 6 ft tall

Training hard still

Could you guys look and give advice and possible changes for my cut?

Your fats are way too low.

Add the following: Olive oil, FISH OIL.

I dont know what your bf% is, but you need at least 0.5g/lbm of fat.At 20%bf you need 75g of fat, at 15% bf you need 80g of fat.

I might substitute somet for some peanut butter to increase my fat intake too any good? May b add some nuts as a snack?

I agree i need to up my fats tomorrow.

Do my calories look ok ?

I think i might be pushing 20% bf now...AGHH

Well it depends on what your maintence cals are, i.e the amount of cals you can intake without gaining/losing weight. I would take that number and subtract 20% and depending on your metabolism, you might have to do 25%.

The cals do seem ok, but you need double the fats. You are looking at another 350 cals or so in fat. Best thing to do would be to reduce accordingly in carbs (87.5g). Keep your carbs targeted around your workouts and first thing in the morning.

Also it seems you are intaking too many shakes. If you are on caloric deficit, whole foods will be your best friend. Eat more meats,eggs for protein. Also you dont have any veggies in your diet. You need them for a multitude of reason, including vitamins/minerals/fiber. Try to get 25g of fiber a day.

Thhe pasta 100g was pre workout and the poato was post workout meal.

Compared to yesterday (05/03/07) is today (06/03/07) better?

p.s i am on a cut trying to take in 2500kcal per day.
