My supplement routine:

2 MegaMen Multi Vitamins Daily
6 Branch Chain Aminos Daily
3-4 servings of Isopure Low Carb Protein ~50g per shake w. water

Weight 190
Height 5'11"

I am looking at staying around 190 with my current body fat at or >11%

I used to be 170ish with a body fat % of ~7.

But i like the way i look and feel at 190 and i am def a lot stronger than
i used to be back in those days...

Is my supplement intake up to snuff or should i be taking anything else?

It's way more important to track your calories accurately. Do you?

actually i have just started a log on fitday.com

i have enough posts now to display my thread with pics...

so you can kinda see where im at now..

i injest approx 2500+ or so cals daily (not 100% sure, but will know better by next week with ftiday.com).... although i work at home so my activity is in the a.m. @ the gym and in the p.m. @ the gym...

Stop using amino acid supps. If you are eating a sufficient amount of protein in your diet, your amino acids are already covered.
