Hey guys,

i have been working out since i was about 16 or so. I am now 25 and am starting to take my workouts a bit more serious.... although i have always been in good shape...

Currently i weigh 190lbs. I have been focusing a bit more on my chest, since genetically it has always been a hard gainer for me.

My biceps/triceps/legs (calfs & quads) have always been naturaly muscular for me.

Here is a pic about 10 months ago:

weight 173lbs:

My current focus -

Cardio: In the winter months i tend to slack, im a swimmer... so in the spring / summer i like to hit the water asmuch as possible.

Abs: Usually takes about 2 weeks to get my abs in good form and about a month to have them pretty chizzled...

lower back: usually falls in line with my abs.

Current Supplements:

Isopure Protien shakes (3-4 a day)
GNC Gel Cap Branch Chain Amino Acids 1800 (6 caps a day in the a.m.)


No red meat
Chicken (grilled)
Grapefruit (once or twice a day)
Veggies (daily)

Im looking to maintain the 190 range since i feel a little better at this size than i did at 170...

and just to let you know i was 170 for about 5 years until i decided to up my cal intake to put on some more weight so i could push more at the gym.

I hope to be a long time learner here....

Yea, your chest and arms look alot thicker, still lean as hell. Nice work.

Looking good...nice size and very lean..you could even pack on another 15 lbs without gaining much noticeable fat.

Why did you block your face in the new pic when you didn't in the first ? haha

just had a weigh in this morning before my a.m. workout and im at 187.5 :(

apparently my diet has been working too well for me, i think im going to eat some chicken wings today

Although you do not look like 190 to me (Im not sayin that u're liar or something, perhaps u have heavy bones), I see good changes, congratulations... specially chest.

I'm a huge skeptic in general, but if I had to guess your weight just from the pics, I would have probably guessed 185-195. Looking good.
