right now my diet consists of , tuna/chikn/steak/protein shakes for protein and natty pb/mayonese for fats, + low carbs rice. good chance i need to add anything else for health reasons let me know if so b specific on which foods.

ever think of replacing mayo in tuna with mustard?

my personal fav is balsamic vinegar.

EDIT: broccoli, squash, zucchini, asparagus, etc...(mostly green stuff)

hmmm i dont wanna over do the carbs that the thing so if im going to add veggies i want to stick to mayb 1 kind mayb 2 servings a day, what do yall think would be the most nutritious, i need the fats mayonese 2 teaspoons a day is perfectly fine in my eyes

I wouldn't really count veggies as carbs (especially green leafy veggies and broccoli). I dare you to try to get fat my eating a ton of them...it ain't gonna happen. The benefits of veggies far outway the trace carbs you are gonna get from them. Again, just stay with green veggies and you will be fine.

Agreed. And don't limit your food choices just because it's a little bit more convenient. The more variety, the better.

You need to vary your diet more and add in fruits, vegetables, etc... Adding variety will give your body a mix of much needed nutrients from various food sources that your body can utilize. Two links to check out ~>
