Hey guys, I've been reading the forums here for a while and decided to register now that I'm going to start cutting and building mass. I haven't taken vitamins since I was like 8 years old (I'm 18 now) and am planning on taking some now. I was just going to pick up some of those multivitamins, like the kind that have 100% of the recomended dosage of just about everything. Would that be bad? I thought taking too much of non-water soluable vitamins was bad, like D? What suggestions do you have? Both of my parents use one that has nearly everything and they seem to be doing fine health wise.

no vitamins since the flinstone years eh king?

I am rather jealous, I never had those...... did they taste good?
I don't understand why they can't make adult vitamins with cute little characters too, I mean it's just not right....

also, i personally dig the GNC formulas, Mega Men's it hink it's called? and the Ultra Women's formula? both are pretty good. (depending on your sex of course)

I like animal paks from universal...it's got alot of stuff in it(maybe too much) Cheap too.

Ya definitely, I take woman's ultra mega... I think it's good, and it's not expensive either.. like $23 for 2 months supply...

OMG, one thing in their store that isn't overpriced, and I wont even mention the $20 for flax seed oil.

Yeh the GNC mega man vitamins are the shiznit! They have a boat load of vitamins and they are timed released. Walgreens now carries the exact same thing. I saw a commerical on TV not too long ago about it.

Actually its not asked too frequently like "im a hardgainer how do I gain mass?" or "im fat, how do I cut?" Those are asked the most frequently at least 2-3 times a week.

Check out walgreens, they may be cheaper than GNC. Oh hell anything is cheaper than GNC.

at dpsnutrition you can get yourself a bottle of flaxseed oil for like 8 bucks!
