View Full Version : Two days In & Already Want to Quit!!

I just started my bulk yesterday and have been packing down masses of food in like 7 hour settings because of School & Work...
I got home yesterday around 12p.m. and put down a bagel, two plates of pasta, 2 cups of milk, a chef salad with boiled egg in it, Pb & J, 4 Gatorade's and Two Quesadillas in about 4 hours and was only at about 2,000 cals. So than for dinner I had way to much food to account for JUST to hit my 3800-4000 calorie diet.

I'm SOO sick of eating already. I've already ate two chicken breasts today and some more pasta and a few boiled eggs and my stomach is on edge...

Anyone know how to add a lot of cals. in one sitting?
Maybe a home made shake? Cause Im out of money to go buy more cyto gainer.

Try a shake.

Use chocolate whey.
Oats
peanut butter (2 table spoons)
natural/vanilla yoghurt
flaxseed

its nice and can push up the calories.

Out of whey and Im broke till next Friday... So im pretty much stuck with chicken breasts =-/

Grill the breast. Cut into strips. Fill up a bowl with 1/4c of Olive Oil. add italian season, red wine vingear, black pepper to the oil. Dip the grilled chicken strips into the olive oil. For remaining oil, toast 2 pieces of high calorie whole wheat bread. dip bread into oil.

18-20%, it's been a while...maybe a little less 16-18...oh hell I don't know lol

I was under the impression oil can tear your stomach lining up though?

Why are you eating everything in two sittings? Bring a cup of peanuts with you to work/school. That's an easy 800 calories right there. Eat beef instead of chicken.
An easy shake:
1 cup oats
2 cups milk
2 bananas
2 tbsp olive oil

wow Ive been on a cut for the last 4 months, averaging around 2300 calories a day and I would KILL to be able to eat whatever the **** I want.

I don't think it is...I'm a skinny little kid to be honest...I pretty much have no fat on my body besides my love handles...=-/

6'3 and 180...Im like 10 pounds UNDER weight

Have a shake and sandwich.

I use 1 cup of sugar free ice cream, 1 cup of skim milk, 2 bananas and 1 scoop of whey. This should equal roughly 650 calories. To go along with this, I eat one wholewheat bagel with 2 tbs of peanut butter on each side (this should equal around 700 calories). Right there with the shake and sandwich, you have nearly 1500 calories.

Eat rice, calorie dense and easy to go down, well for your carbs at least :]
