Hi,
I'm really determined and committing myself to work out well, i also have a goal in sight which is to loose the fat around my abbs area and bring the abbs out. The only problem is, i have a bad habit with eating the WRONG food. I 'CAN' and 'WILL' commit myself if only i knew the RIGHT food to eat.
My main aim is to get my chest and abbs looking excellent, can anyone suggest a good diet to follow that allows you to also have the things you enjoy included?
Please help, i wanna acheive my GOAL! Any advice is GOOD advise for me.
