I currently weigh 187lbs and have started my cut.

How many g of cars should i aim for on both training and non training days

Aiming for 2500kcal/day.

Ps i have used the search

First fill up your caloric requirements with protein and fat. Once that is done, then you can fill up the rest of your cals with any combo of the 3 that you like. Just remember protein and fats keep your fuller longer. You can target your carbs around your workout and in the morning.
