I read both pages and was amazed at my technical flaws. I hear my coach telling lifters all the time, "finish the pull." Now, I know that's incorrect.

All the reading I've done on oly lifting has changed now. You don't use the traps to finish pulling the bar up after the legs to the work, you use the traps to pull the body under the bar. Interesting.

crazy isn't it? That was one of my main problems. I never thought I was pulling correct b/c I never could pull the bar w/ my traps, so all I would do is over analyze my lift and just end messing up.
