another steak question,plz respond

i bought some top round steak today at a local supermarket in NYC and on the package it says 0.565lbs 0.575lbs and 0.580lb it doesn't say the type of cut SELECT or CHOICE or anything and i was wondering what those numbers translate to in OZs and also the p/c/f/cals


when goin to fitday and for serving i type 0.565lbs ?

Well theres 16 ounces in a pound so roughly it's 8 ounces per steak, but I'll let you do the exact math ;)

thx:) its about 9oz so whats the best way into making it into about 4-5oz about? since i dont have a scale that lets me know if i made it 4oz

Why don't you get one of those $5 food scales at WALMART. It makes life a hell of a lot easier when dieting.

Let`s see if each steak is about 9oz. and you would like them to be about 4-5 oz. :idea: why not cut them in half.
