New guy in need of a diet critique.

I've been eating pretty much the same diet for about 2 years. I started at 115 and I'm now at 140(5'9" less than 10%BF). I think I increased cals from about 3000 to 3300 in between this time period.

I have hit a wall, and haven't gained anything in about a year. I know I need to change my workout/diet. I've just kinda fell into a rut. I'd like to gain about 10 more lbs. My diet looks like this:

1st meal: 4 eggs, 4 pieces wheat toast
2nd meal: Myoplex orig. mrp shke w/ 1 1/2 tbls. flax oil/ one banana
3rd meal: 7 ounces chicken breast, 1/2 cup of peas, 1/2 cup of kidney beans
4th meal: Myoplex shake w 2 tbls. flax, one banana
5th meal: 7 ouces chicken breast, 1 1/2 cups of brown rice, 1/2 cup peas
6th meal: 20 grams ON whey protein/ 2 tbls. flax

I should probably add that this diet is pretty much second nature to me, I've done it for so long. I know this is why I haven't seen gains in a while. So any new ideas would be great. This is the only diet I've ever used so I'm not really sure where to start changing it(Other than the obvious of eating more).

Eat more. Simple as that. Up your cals by a few hundred each week till you start gaining again.
