Looking good... I'd say good bulk but I have no idea what weight you started at! (What weight did you start at?)

Your 6'1, you can keep going on that bulk!
Good job though. At least ur chest looks better than mine even though I can lift more :(

Spell better!

You could add alot more weight though. But good job so far. I'd say you're about 17%.

I'd say 18-19% so not that far off. Keep getting stronger and gaining lean mass by eating clean and moving the heavy weights and you'll look great when you finally decide to cut.

Good job so far, I would say you are 20% or more, time for a cut.

If hes 20% bodyfat, your definately not 18.

First of all, bodyfat % estimates are stupid. Second of all, someone with 20% body fat would usually have an enormous gut, which the OP doesn't clearly have. Over 20% is approaching obesity, not just some chub.

If hes 20% bodyfat, your definately not 18.
if that is true I have no problem with it, the truth is a good thing

Good job, and I think the bf is closer 15-17. I don't see much fat, and if you can still see some abs your doing fine.

yeah i think im 17ish and a cut is not a wise idea, i will continue to bulk until 235lb and then concider it! thanks for the comments guys. any constructive critique like something out of proportion?

If you're going to go straight to 235, you may want to slow down the bulk. It's going to be really hard to put another 35 pounds on that base without gaining a lot of fat.

yeah true i might do it before then, really depends on as i go along what kinda fat i gain like you said, it will be slower though, less cals, jus as much protein if not more, maybe burn some fat on the way there, and then cut.

Second of all, someone with 20% body fat would usually have an enormous gut, which the OP doesn't clearly have. Over 20% is approaching obesity, not just some chub.Lots of skinnyfat people are over 20% bf and don't have a gut. And besides, I'd say you'd need to have more like 25% to be "obese".

so what are you saying i have a high bf? and agreeing with those saying i should cut?

I would cut if I were in your position. You will have a more favourable muscle:fat gain ratio if you drop some of the fat you currently have on you. There seems to be a "bigger-at-any-cost" philosophy around here, but I've seen evidence that muscle partitioning is better at lower bodyfats. Besides that, a lean 190 is more impressive to me than a fat 210.

But ultimately, it's your call. If you're comfortable with more fat go for it. If not, cut.

Eat less lol

You have made some good progress man, congrates:thumbup:

The only thing I would like to sugest is to take your time with the cut. I did a cut last year way to quickly leaving myself with less then what I had worked for.

I am not looking forward to tracking cals for my upcoming cut but I know it will be worth it in the end.
