I've been bulking up seriously for the last 2 months, and everything's been good so far (went up from 178lbs to 190), but now I just started hitting a problem.

For the first 2 months I had no problem eating tons, just packing up the food and it'd be going down easy. But recently, I've been feeling full ALL THE TIME, like I'll be feeling hungry, then eat half my plate and I have to make a big effort to eat the second half. It's almost as if my body was like full from 2 months of "overeating".

Any idea why this suddenly happened, and what I could do to start eating up lots again.

MAke some high calorie shakes:

Milk,Oats,Fresh Fruit, PB,Protein scoop(s), and Olive Oil if necc. They go down easy.

Take a break and eat at maintainance for a week. Then try the shake thing. I notice that shakes fill me up less too. I can down a 1200 cal. shake and still crave food, ha.
