Tribulus extract

is it worth the money to buy the tribex gold or will the Vitamin shoppe brand of tribulus extract work the same?

Im sort of on a budget right now and yes i already have the basics i have my protein, creatine, green tea, and one a day already.

any post would be greatly appreciated. oh and please dont post any flaming or smart ass remarks becuase i already have looked into this stuff a while back and i did one thing of tribex a while back and know how it effects me acne wise, attitude wise, and strength and weight wise.

There is absolutely no clinical evidence to support tribulus or it's saponins increasing testosterone or in any way improving partitioning in humans.

That being said, the stuff IS cheap. And if you're over forty, I've heard at least anecdotally that it improves sex drive.

If you're under forty, and you still want to take it, just buy whatever's on sale.
