breakfast.....bowl fibre cereal, banana, and yogurt
10am chick peas, or tuna, or beans, pasta from night before
12:30 workout for an hour...... just weights. ANd have high cal whey drink....about 700, 4.5g of fat, 100g of carbs
3pm have an apple
dinner at 6 ....fish with some greens or chicken and salad, every now and then some pasta etc....
9pm low carb, low fat, high protein drink
Iw as at 145lbs last june and I am at 156 now. I do want to build for mass without getting that belly
don't know body fat
Am I on the right track. Should I consume more calories????

At your height and weight, I'm sure you won't have to worry about a "belly" for quite some time.
Are you actually tracking all of this? Are you using www.fitday.com? You need to know the calories you're consuming. Also, low fat is not healthy, despite popular media lies. You should be consuming .5 grams of fat per pound of LBM. Most of this should be Essential Fatty Acids (healthy fats - avocados, natural peanut butter, fish oil, tuna, nuts/seeds, etc...)
You should be getting at least 1 gram of protein per pound of LBM. The rest of your calories can come from fat, protein, or carbs...whatever you want...depending on your level of comfort and satiety purposes.
Now...judging from your daily diet...I'd say you're not eating enough..AT ALL. It took you almost a year to gain 10 pounds if that's all you're eating, I can see why. You need to be eating a lot more. Sign up for a free account at www.fitday.com and track your average calories for a week. Then come back here so we can evaluate your diet.
How is your training routine? (days you go, exercises you do for each day, and the sets/reps for each)

I agree with Scarz. You dont seem to be eating enough. Every meal should have protein. You also dont seem to be intaking any fat. Dietary Fat DOESN'T make you fat. Check out the links he linked and you should be on your way.

Okay finally set up on fitday and got some custom food etc. Hard to get started.
Well I amazed myself to today
calories2979 fat 81 carbs376 protein195
I know that is just one day.

I just upped the calories last week. Judging from that I was probably about 400-500 less from before. SO I guess we'll see.

Should I maintain the same amount of calories on rest days, or cut back on those days?

I keep the cals the same on all days.
