Feel free to critique my form, depth...etc and how to maintain my hands too hahah. I missed parallel on the 255 so as of now, my max is 245 squat.

Nice work. It looks like you have more in you on the deadlift.

Yeah you do, you look around my area, 315-325, maybe even more.

Thanks guys, my max is 330x1, I just wasn't feeling it today.

Nice, I have yet to hit 330, but I feel as if I can get 335 this monday from 325, but I don't know, we'll see. My last gain was 25lbs in 6 days. (Mar. 2)Fri-300, (Mar. 8)Thurs-325. I was pretty happy with it.

Nice work all-around, man. You're a strong guy for your age (and size).

I agree that you need to work on your squat depth, though (but it's probably better than Joe's). There might be just a bit too much forward leaning going on there too.

Depth was perfectly fine on the squats. Some people are just very very nitpicky. Your deadlifts are what concern me. There was no bending in the back, but instead a very long ROM. Try to lift more with your hips.

Bench looked good to me

Just a shade high on the squats. Try this for squats, look upwards and focus on sitting back into the squat rather then strait down.

Deads were so/so. Keep the ass down and the bar tight to the body, you seemd to keep the bar close enough be get that rear end down.

Squat (225) - you were JUST above parallel. Just about a half inch farther and you woulda been perfect.

Bench - It looks like your way too far up on the bench. (towards the end....I like to be under the bar)

DL - You had no arch in your back what so ever. (butt out, head up)

No clean?

Very good work throughout. All of the squats looked a bit higher than // to me, for powerlifting. I have seen higher one passed though in video's, I dont' compete though and maybe someone like Chris Rodgers or Anthony can say for sure. Not to take anything away from your hard work!

If you sit back a bit more, that would fix depth.

how many pps do you have on the deads? because that looks like more than i would have on the bar for my pr and mines at 330 i think

thanks guys. Like i said, I need to work on my squat depth abit and work on keeping my back tight while i deadlift.

mcvein - This is only 315x1. my max is 330 so 3pps + change.

warrior - I'm not sure what you mean about being too far on the bench? I need to work on hitting the TOP of my arch.

bill - Thanks for the honest critique. I need to sit back more and not good-morning it so much.

i think my plates are skinnier but wider in diameter, because that bar looks like it has more on than on my 330, or it could just be the angle

very strong man, i wish i was able to squat, our bench and dead are almost exactly the same, weight and height too, kill me on the squat though!

Looking strong skinny. The 245 squat looked good to me. You got bent over a little too much on 255 and it made you cut it a bit higher.

Deadlift and bench looked good, but learn to get a handoff on heavy bench attempts. It'll help you keep a better setup(upper back tightness) on your heavy attempts.

thanks chris. I keep watching that 255 vid and I can see where my knees go forward making me need to go deeper to hit parallel.

I usually get a handoff but as this wasn't a max attempt I just pushed it myself. Thanks for the comments and critiques.

Yeah, you def. had gas in the tank on that deadlift - I'd say another 10-20 eeeeeasy. Keep it up, lookin good!

Nice lifts...as others have said, may have leaned a little too forward on the squat. Depth was pretty good...
