What is in 'Anabolic x factor'? Do you know anything about what it may do?

Creatine monohydrate is fine. Shop around.

Supplemening with protein and or a multivitamin depends on your nutrtitional needs.

Ive read about the x-factor and have talked to a few ppl about it..they claim 1-2 pds of muscle per week if ur lifting heavy and eating rt.

I did a search and on one site it said Anabolic X-Factor and Halodrol have the same ingredients, but theres the link to X-Factor on bodybuilding.com

No. Get some creapure creatine monohydrate.

Xyience protein

No. Get something that is not overpriced.

multi vitamin.

Yes. Get one with synthetic preservatives.

Yes, the same arachidonic acid that raises homocysteine levels, and increases CV inflamation. Sounds great.
