Just figured a snap a quick pic of my current state. I've been serious about training since my start date on this forum which is 5 years ago (had just a few short hiatus's (sp?)). In a way I attribute all of my success to WBB. Without the constant knowledge and encouragement and inspiration I get here I'd have never been able to stick with it in the beginning.

I'm about 2 weeks into a cut in this pic and though I look about 8% in the pic I'm really more like 12-13 without the good lighting and flexing.

I think I'm maybe 180-185 rihgt now, when I joined here I was probably about 140 @ 15%.

Good job!
Ive only been influenced by WBB for half a year, ive got alot of work to do.
I was 145 5'11 during the summer and am about 185 with a tiny bit of fat gain (I got to 165 easily as I was horridly underweight for my frame)

not the best pic in the world and im sure the lighting is helping you out here, but awesome physique nonetheless. Especially considering you came from 140, good job!
