No offense, but that looks far from ideal. Is that just white rice, bacon, water and scrambled eggs? A few things...

1) Get some veggies in your diet, man! At least sneak something healthy into your breakfast.
2) Turkey bacon > bacon, if you HAVE to have the stuff.
3) I would personally go with some form of oats > rice, since oats have fiber and rice have... nothing. :) The fiber is good for your colo-rectal health.

looks really appetizing. good for bulking i'd say.

when i'm bulking i eat something like the following:

-2 boiled eggs
-bowl of oatmeal
-2 slices of whole wheat 12 grain bread (toasted)
-2 glasses of milk
-a yogurt
-a banana/or apple (sometimes cut up into the yogurt)
-1.5-2 Scoops of whey (mixed into the milk)
-glass of water and a multi-vitamin

^^^ this will fuel you up.
Unfortunatly i'm sick of oatmeal, and toast lately

Someone wants him to add veggies to breakfast? Damn, that would ruin it for me... Lunch + Dinner ONLY for the greens.
